If you have experienced or witnessed child abuse within temple communities, we urge you to report it through the Srila Foundation’s Child Abuse Awareness and Reporting Form. Your submission will be treated with strict confidentiality. Please provide detailed information and upload the required documents, including a completed NDA, a signed form, and proof of address. Optional documents like a passport copy can also be submitted. Scroll down to access the form and the NDA document. Together, we can work toward justice, healing, and systemic change.
